ROTARY "SPEED CHAT" ON FEBRUARY 22, 2024
It's hard to actually get to know members at meetings... thus a Social SPEED CHAT! Members (and possible new members) lined up across from each other on long tables to CHAT for a total of only 7-8 minutes! What fun (and loud!)...using "notes" write short answers from CHATTERS. Then one side would shift so that people would CHAT with someone else. Before the CHAT, attendees participated in a fun ICE BREAKER designed to keep people from sitting down and just waiting for something to happen. People had to find someone in the room who had been or done each of the "squares", thus getting people to meet other people. This event was especially helpful for new members who all want to come back... maybe next fall!
