2025-05-22 11:00:00Z May 22, 2025 Satellite SMVF & First Responders Club - Any Is Too Many Suicide Awareness Sign Waving Campaign 11-12pm 22nd of EVERY MONTH May 22, 2025
11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. UTC-10:00
Hilo Bayfront Hwy across the King Kamehameha Statue
Please Join Us!!! Any Is Too Many Suicide Awareness & Prevention Sign Waving Campaign
The Satellite SMVF & First Responders Club has partnered up with TWV HI, Hawaii Vet2Vet & The Guardian Foundation to raise awareness for Veterans Suicide.  22 Veteran lives were taken by Suicide each month across the United States.  Through our efforts of sign waving, educational classes and campaigns that number statistically has dropped to 17.6.  While it has dropped, we still feel that 1 Veteran life taken per day is too many, therefore in honor of the Veteran lives taken by Suicide, we raise awareness on the 22nd of every month for 1 hour by holding signs and educating others that help is there...Any Is Too Many.
