Aloha Kakou!
Community Service is the heart beat of every Rotary club and it is what drives our members to fulfill our "Service Above Self" motto.
The Rotary Club of Hilo is the hiapo or first born club on the island of Hawaii. Having that hiapo status means that we will need to take the lead and become the role model club. This is a great responsibility and one that we will strive to achieve.
Our focus will be on literacy, youth, homelessness and the environment. These areas will have the biggest impact on our islands future. We will also be working tirelessly in the community at developing strong community partnerships to reach everyone in need during times of need.
What can you do to serve? Get in touch with Treena and myself to volunteer for our upcoming projects. Donate your Time, Talent or Treasure and don't forget to always have fun!!!
